About us

The Production Accounting Forum was born in June 2022, as a space for production accounting freelancers working in Film & TV to find peer support, ask questions and participate in conversations that affect our professional performance and the day-to-day running of the department.

Our mission is to connect us

So we can develop better standard practices, ask questions, solve problems related to our work, check-in with our colleagues, change and improve performance, get industry related news, finding mentors, learning new skills, being up to date with new systems and software.

PAF is the place where fellow accountants can connect meet people, share experiences, standards, techniques and improvements, things we come up with to troubleshoot, mentoring, sorting our skills gap, learn what’s said in the grapevine, finding shadowing opportunities, learning on how to give proper references and endorsements, and more importantly: find a place where we belong and we can give support to our peers and the new generations.
